Bio:
My teaching method is based on the Communicative Approach. So, my classes aim at developing the learner’s competence to communicate in the target language with an enhanced focus on real-life situations. I like reading and discovering what is happening in the World and in Italy. I am always looking for authentic materials (italian articles, podcasts, songs etc.) to bring to class.

My teaching background:
I majored in "Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language" from University of Bologna's MA, completing a thesis entitled "the role of motivation when learning a FL". I have been working for one semester as an Italian Teacher at Universidad C. de Madrid. In 2021, I started my freelance activity.
My background outside of teaching:
I started working when I was 16 to pay for my studies. I have held different summer jobs to pay for books, rent and University fees. I would struggle to study for an exam after a twelve-hour long shift as a waitress, but I never thoughy once to quit my studies. And now I am glad to do the job I love
