William Klotz
Bio:
My name is Will. I am from Baltimore, MD, I have a B.A. from UMBC in Modern Languages, Linguistics and Intercultural Communication and an M.A. in Foreign Language Education with a focus in Spanish. I currently teach Spanish in a US high school and prior to that I was on a Fulbright, teaching at the Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas in the Facultad de Lenguas where I taught future English teachers.
My teaching background:
I have taught in a variety of academic settings over the past few years. In college I was a Teaching Assistant for Dance classes and in Graduate school I taught Spanish at an American high school. As a post-grad I taught English teachers in Mexico. Currently, I teach Spanish at an American School.
My background outside of teaching:
Aside from teaching, I have also worked for a few dance companies as a modern and Mexican Folklore dancer. I also worked for three years in an executive office as a Special Assistant to the Vice President at my university. Therefore I have a good mix of business and artistic work experience.
