Hi! I’m Angélica, from Trujillo, Peru. I’m a Spanish tutor specializing in business and entrepreneurship. I have a background in business and fashion, which helps me teach practical Spanish for professionals. My classes are dynamic, relaxed, and patient. I believe mistakes are part of the learning process, so you can practice without fear. Whether you need Spanish for business, travel, or daily life, I’m here to help you reach your goals. Let’s learn together!
My teaching methodology:
My teaching background:
I have two years of experience teaching Spanish, and my teaching has been very hands-on and practical. I’ve worked with a wide variety of students, from children to adults, including professionals with an intermediate to advanced level of Spanish. My approach focuses on giving students the confidence they need, being patient, and allowing them to make mistakes as part of the learning process. I place a strong emphasis on teaching vocabulary and expressions used in real-life situations, such as everyday conversations, traditional exchanges, and business environments. I know how important Spanish is for effective communication, especially when traveling or doing business in Spanish-speaking markets. I tailor my lessons to meet the individual needs of each student, helping them develop not only their language skills but also the ability to apply them practically in different contexts, whether personal or professional.
My background outside of teaching:
I hold a degree in Business Administration and International Business, with 7 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the fashion and business events sector. Throughout my career, I worked in commercial roles at different companies, developing negotiation and sales skills. Through this experience, I realized how crucial effective communication is for closing successful deals. Language barriers can be intimidating, and I understand how many people feel scared or embarrassed about not speaking fluently. That’s why my goal is to help others overcome this barrier, giving them the confidence to have natural and comfortable conversations in Spanish, whether in everyday or professional contexts. I truly believe that by removing the fear of making mistakes, people can communicate effectively and open new doors in both their personal and professional lives.
