Terms & Conditions for Teachers

Terms & Conditions for Teachers

1. Introduction and acceptance

Welcome to Langu.

Langu is an online language learning platform that allows independent language teachers to offer lessons to students around the world.

The Langu platform is operated by E-Polyglot Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08883623.

These Teacher Terms apply when you apply to teach through Langu, create or maintain a teacher profile, communicate with students, provide lessons, receive payments, upload materials, or otherwise use the Langu platform as a teacher.

By applying to teach through Langu or continuing to use Langu as a teacher, you agree to these Teacher Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Langu’s role and teacher status

Langu provides an online platform that helps teachers connect with students and provide lessons through Langu.

Our platform services may include teacher profiles, student matching, booking tools, scheduling tools, messaging, virtual classroom access, payment collection, payment holding, payment release, dispute handling, student protection, reporting, customer support and related platform administration.

You provide your teaching services directly to your students. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, the contract for the provision of lessons is between you and the student.

Langu is not your employer, agent, representative, partner, joint venturer or client. Nothing in these Teacher Terms creates an employment relationship, worker relationship, agency relationship, partnership or joint venture between you and Langu.

You are an independent provider of teaching services. You are responsible for how you provide your lessons, subject to these Teacher Terms, our platform rules, applicable law, student protection requirements, safeguarding requirements and any reasonable instructions we give in connection with use of Langu.

We do not guarantee that you will receive students, bookings, income, profile views, reviews or any particular level of earnings.

You are responsible for your own tax, social security, national insurance, pension, permits, registrations, licences, teaching qualifications, local legal requirements and other obligations that apply to you in your jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that you may be providing services to consumers and must comply with any applicable consumer protection laws, professional standards, advertising rules, safeguarding rules and other legal or regulatory requirements that apply to your teaching services.

3. Application, approval, profile and licence to use Langu

Teachers must apply and be accepted by Langu before using the platform to provide lessons.

We may accept, reject, pause, hide or remove a teacher profile at our discretion.

When applying or creating your profile, you agree that:

  • you will use your real name;
  • all information you provide will be truthful, accurate and up to date;
  • you are suitably qualified, experienced or competent to provide the lessons you offer;
  • you have the right to use any profile content, images, videos, materials or other content you upload;
  • you will keep your profile, prices, availability, qualifications and teaching information up to date;
  • you will not include external contact details, links, social media handles, email addresses, phone numbers or other information intended to move students away from Langu;
  • you will not make false, misleading or unverifiable claims about your experience, qualifications, results or services;
  • you will not upload inappropriate, unlawful, discriminatory, offensive, infringing or misleading content.

We may edit, format, translate, shorten, moderate or improve your profile content for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, compliance, SEO, presentation, conversion, student experience or platform quality.

We may reject, hide, amend or remove profile content, photos, videos, links, claims or materials that we consider inaccurate, inappropriate, low quality, non-compliant, misleading, harmful to Langu’s reputation or contrary to our business interests.

Subject to your acceptance as a teacher and your ongoing compliance with these Teacher Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable licence to access and use Langu for the purpose of offering and providing lessons through the platform.

You must not:

  • use Langu for any purpose other than providing your teaching services through Langu;
  • interfere with or damage the platform;
  • attempt to access systems, accounts or data without permission;
  • scrape, copy or misuse platform data;
  • bypass Langu’s booking, payment, messaging or student protection systems;
  • use Langu to promote services outside Langu;
  • use Langu in a way that creates risk for students, teachers, Langu or the platform.

We may suspend, restrict, revoke or terminate your access to Langu immediately and without notice where we consider it appropriate.

4. Technical requirements and teaching standards

You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable equipment, software and internet access to provide lessons through Langu.

You will normally need:

  • a stable internet connection;
  • a laptop or desktop computer, or another compatible device;
  • a webcam, microphone and speakers or headset;
  • an up-to-date browser;
  • a quiet and appropriate teaching environment;
  • any software, materials or tools reasonably required for your lessons.

You are responsible for technical issues caused by your device, browser, connection, local settings, equipment, teaching environment or failure to prepare properly for lessons.

You agree that you will:

  • provide your lessons with reasonable skill, care and professionalism;
  • attend lessons on time;
  • keep your availability calendar accurate and up to date;
  • communicate with students promptly and professionally;
  • prepare appropriately for lessons;
  • provide the lesson type, duration and service the student booked;
  • use Langu only for lawful and appropriate teaching purposes;
  • comply with these Teacher Terms and our platform rules;
  • comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  • treat students, parents, guardians, company clients and Langu staff respectfully;
  • cooperate with reasonable requests from Langu relating to complaints, disputes, refunds, safeguarding, company-sponsored lessons, student support or platform quality.

You must not:

  • behave abusively, dishonestly, inappropriately or unprofessionally;
  • harass, threaten, intimidate, discriminate against or exploit any student;
  • make inappropriate comments or requests;
  • use Langu to send spam, scams, misleading messages or unlawful content;
  • manipulate reviews, ratings, bookings or disputes;
  • misrepresent your qualifications, identity, location, experience or services;
  • encourage students to leave Langu;
  • misuse student data;
  • use Langu in a way that may damage Langu’s reputation or business interests.

5. Lessons, packages, availability and lesson formats

A “lesson” means a language lesson booked through Langu with you.

A “trial lesson” means a free or paid introductory lesson booked through Langu.

A “lesson package” means a purchase of multiple lessons or lesson credits with you.

Teachers may offer lesson durations of 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes, subject to the options made available by Langu.

Teachers may offer packages of 1, 5, 10 and 20 lessons, subject to the options made available by Langu.

You must offer 60-minute lessons in all available package sizes. Other lesson durations are optional unless we agree or require otherwise.

You must keep your availability accurate and provide reasonable availability for students who have already purchased lessons or packages with you.

If you sell a package of lessons, you are expected to remain reasonably available for the student to complete those lessons within the applicable validity period.

If you become unavailable, stop teaching, significantly reduce your availability, or are unable to provide booked or purchased lessons, you must notify Langu and affected students promptly.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows

Students may change or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled lesson start time. If a student wishes to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the originally scheduled lesson start time, this is at your discretion. If you do not agree to a late cancellation or late rescheduling request, or if the student does not attend the lesson, the student may forfeit the lesson fee and you may be paid in accordance with these Teacher Terms.

You must not click the “Finish class” button or otherwise trigger the payment process unless either:

  • the lesson has taken place; or
  • you were present and waiting for the student for at least 15 minutes from the scheduled lesson start time and the student did not attend.

If you are a no-show, the student will normally be entitled to a refund or credit, and payment to you may be denied, delayed, reversed or deducted.

You may cancel or reschedule lessons where necessary, but you must not abuse this flexibility. Repeated, late, unexplained or unreasonable cancellations may result in warnings, reduced visibility, removal from search results, suspension or removal from Langu.

We may remove a teacher from Langu in the case of repeated no-shows, repeated cancellations, poor availability, poor communication or other conduct that we consider harmful to students or Langu.

Free and paid trial lessons are subject to these rules unless we expressly state otherwise.

7. Fees, commission, currencies and pricing

You set your teacher price in your chosen supported currency, subject to any minimums, maximums, package rules, discount rules, display rules or platform requirements set by Langu.

Supported teacher currencies currently include USD, PLN, AUD, CAD, EUR and GBP. Supported currencies may change from time to time.

For teachers signing up today, Langu’s standard commission is 18% of the teacher’s lesson fee, unless we agree a different rate with you in writing.

Langu may convert teacher prices into the student’s chosen currency and may round student-facing prices, including rounding up to the nearest 0.50 in the relevant currency.

Your earnings are calculated based on your selected teacher price in your selected teacher currency, less Langu’s commission and any applicable deductions, unless your dashboard or a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Any surplus created by currency conversion, rounding, display pricing, payment processing, currency spread or similar platform pricing mechanics belongs to Langu, unless we expressly state otherwise.

We may change supported currencies, pricing rules, rounding rules, conversion methods, package structures or commission arrangements from time to time. Where changes materially affect your existing commission rate or payout basis, we will normally notify you before the change applies.

8. Payment release, payouts and funds storage

After a student pays for a lesson, the lesson fee may be held before being released.

After a completed lesson, the student may be asked to rate your services on a scale from 1 to 5.

If the student rates the lesson 3 or higher, your earnings for that lesson, minus applicable fees and deductions, may be released to you.

If the student does not submit a rating within 24 hours after the lesson ends, your earnings for that lesson, minus applicable fees and deductions, may be released automatically, unless the student has raised a complaint or dispute before that time.

If the student rates the lesson 2 or lower, raises a complaint, disputes the payment, or if we identify a technical, safeguarding, fraud, misconduct or policy concern, payment may be delayed, reduced, denied, reversed or subject to investigation.

We may delay release of funds where we reasonably consider it necessary, including where there is a complaint, dispute, suspected fraud, payment issue, safeguarding concern, technical issue, chargeback risk, student protection issue, breach of these terms or other platform risk.

Teachers may request payouts of available earnings using the payout methods supported by Langu.

Current payout options may include:

  • direct bank payout processed through Revolut; or
  • Wise payout.

Direct bank payouts in EUR and GBP are currently free. Direct bank payouts in USD, PLN, AUD and CAD currently incur a £5 fee or equivalent. Wise payouts are subject to Wise fees, which may vary depending on currency, location, destination account and other factors. Payout fees, available payout methods, supported currencies and processing times may change from time to time. Teachers may request a payout no more than once every 7 days.

We may refuse, delay or cancel a payout where we reasonably consider it necessary, including because of payment checks, missing information, fraud concerns, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, legal requirements, account review, sanctions screening, safeguarding issues, platform misuse or breach of these Teacher Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. We are not responsible for failed, delayed or misdirected payments caused by incorrect or incomplete payout information supplied by you.

Langu is not a bank, wallet, savings account or long-term funds storage facility. You must not use Langu to store large amounts of funds or to leave earnings unwithdrawn for long periods. We may require teachers to withdraw available earnings periodically, typically at least once per month. We may also require a payout where accumulated available earnings exceed £1,000 or equivalent. If we reasonably believe that you are using Langu to store funds, avoid payout, avoid verification, create payment risk or otherwise misuse the payout system, we may take action including:

  • requiring you to request a payout;
  • temporarily disabling new lesson bookings;
  • hiding or reducing visibility of your profile;
  • pausing payment release;
  • suspending your teacher account;
  • requiring additional verification;
  • taking any other action we reasonably consider necessary to protect Langu, students, teachers, payment providers or the platform.

9. Refunds, chargebacks, deductions and expired credits

You acknowledge that students may be entitled to refunds, credits or other remedies under these Teacher Terms, the Student Terms, student protection rules, consumer law, payment provider rules, card network rules or applicable law.

We may deduct, withhold, reverse or offset amounts from your current or future earnings where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a student receives a refund or credit because of your cancellation, no-show, non-availability, poor communication or failure to provide lessons;
  • a student raises a valid complaint or dispute;
  • a student rates a lesson 2 or lower and we decide that a full or partial refund is appropriate;
  • there is a chargeback, payment dispute, fraud claim or failed payment;
  • funds were released to you in error;
  • you clicked “Finish class” incorrectly or prematurely;
  • you breached these Teacher Terms;
  • you arranged or attempted to arrange lessons or payments outside Langu;
  • you misused student data;
  • a payment provider, bank, card network, regulator or authority requires or recommends a deduction, reversal or hold.

If a student receives a refund for purchased lessons because you are unavailable, fail to provide reasonable availability, stop teaching, fail to respond, or fail to cooperate with reasonable efforts by Langu or the student to arrange lessons, we may charge you a fee of up to 15% of the refund value, to be deducted from your earnings where available.

We may make deductions from future payouts even if the relevant payment has already been released to you.

If your available earnings are insufficient to cover a deduction, we may offset the amount against future earnings or require repayment.

Lessons and lesson credits may expire in accordance with the Student Terms, the booking rules, package terms or any applicable agreement with a sponsoring company.

Where purchased and unused lesson credits expire, Langu may allocate part of the expired value to the teacher and retain the balance as a platform and administrative amount.

Where the teacher has maintained reasonable availability and has not prevented or unreasonably delayed completion of the lessons, Langu may allocate up to 20% of the value of the expired unused lessons to the teacher, with the remaining balance retained by Langu.

We may reduce, deny or withhold any allocation to the teacher where, in our opinion, the teacher failed to maintain reasonable availability, failed to respond to students, cancelled lessons excessively, left the platform, breached these Teacher Terms, or otherwise contributed to the lessons not being completed.

Any allocation of expired lesson credit value is discretionary and subject to payment checks, student complaints, refunds, chargebacks, applicable law and platform rules.

10. VAT, tax and payment records

You are responsible for determining and complying with your own tax, VAT, income reporting, social security, national insurance, invoicing, registration and record-keeping obligations.

Langu’s commission may include VAT where applicable. Where teachers indicate that they are UK taxpayers or otherwise fall within a category where UK VAT applies to Langu’s commission, VAT is incorporated into Langu’s commission. This means Langu accounts for VAT out of the commission amount, rather than adding a separate VAT charge on top, unless we tell you otherwise.

We may use your IP address, billing address, tax information, payout details, bank details, country of residence or other information to verify or determine your location, tax status, payout eligibility or compliance obligations. You agree to provide any information reasonably requested by Langu for tax, VAT, payment, payout, compliance, verification or legal purposes. Langu may provide records, statements, payout summaries, receipts or similar platform documentation relating to your lessons, fees, commissions and payouts.

These records are provided for platform administration and payment tracking. You remain responsible for determining whether you need to issue invoices, keep additional records, register for tax, report income or make filings in your jurisdiction.

11. Off-platform contact, circumvention and student data

All communications between you and Langu students must take place through Langu.

You must not:

  • contact students outside Langu;
  • ask students to contact you outside Langu;
  • share your email address, phone number, social media profile, website, payment details or other external contact information;
  • arrange lessons outside Langu;
  • accept payment outside Langu;
  • encourage students to leave Langu;
  • use Langu to promote services, subscriptions, communities, groups, courses or products outside Langu;
  • attempt to avoid Langu’s commission, payment rules, booking rules or student protection rules.

If a student attempts to contact you outside Langu, arrange lessons outside Langu or pay you outside Langu, you must notify us promptly.

Off-platform contact and circumvention harm student protection, payment security, dispute handling, safeguarding, fraud prevention and Langu’s business. We may suspend or remove your profile for repeated, serious or flagrant breaches of this section. We may also delay, withhold, deduct or offset payments where off-platform activity creates refunds, chargebacks, complaints, legal risk, fraud risk, platform risk or loss to Langu.

You may receive access to student personal data only for the purpose of providing lessons through Langu. You must not use student personal data for any other purpose. You must not:

  • copy, export or store student personal data outside Langu unless reasonably necessary to provide the booked lesson;
  • contact students outside Langu;
  • add students to mailing lists, groups, CRMs or other systems;
  • use student data for marketing;
  • share student data with third parties;
  • retain student data longer than necessary;
  • misuse student data in any way.

You must comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws when handling student personal data. You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or security issue involving student personal data.

12. Messages, monitoring, AI and platform safety

Messages sent through Langu to and from your students are not considered private communications. We may access, review and monitor messages and related platform activity for purposes including:

  • providing and improving the platform;
  • supporting students and teachers;
  • investigating complaints or disputes;
  • preventing spam, scams, fraud or abuse;
  • enforcing these Teacher Terms and the Student Terms;
  • safeguarding users;
  • detecting inappropriate, unlawful or harmful behaviour;
  • detecting off-platform contact or payment circumvention;
  • maintaining platform quality and integrity.

We may use automated systems, including AI-based tools, to help detect spam, scams, inappropriate content, abusive behaviour, safeguarding concerns, off-platform contact, payment circumvention, quality issues or other misuse of the platform. Automated tools may flag, block, delay or escalate messages for review. We may make final decisions manually or with the support of automated systems.

13. Safeguarding, minors and lesson recordings

Some students may be under 18. Students under 18 must use Langu through an account registered and managed by a parent or legal guardian. You must behave appropriately and professionally with all students, especially minors.

You must:

  • communicate with students only through Langu;
  • never request personal contact details from a minor;
  • never arrange to meet a student in person through Langu;
  • never communicate with a minor outside Langu;
  • never send sexual, romantic, suggestive, discriminatory, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content;
  • report any safeguarding concern to Langu promptly;
  • cooperate with any safeguarding review or investigation.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, Langu does not require or guarantee criminal record checks, DBS checks, background checks or equivalent screening of teachers. You must tell us immediately if you are legally restricted from teaching, working with children, working with vulnerable people, or providing services to any category of student. We may suspend or remove your profile immediately if we consider that your behaviour, background, communications or conduct creates a safeguarding risk or reputational risk.

Langu does not currently provide a facility for recording lessons. You must not record, screenshot, stream, publish or otherwise capture any lesson, student, teacher or lesson content without the prior consent of all participants and without complying with applicable law. Where the student is under 18, recording is not permitted unless the parent or legal guardian has given express consent and Langu has not objected.

14. Teaching materials, uploaded content and intellectual property

You are responsible for all materials, files, images, audio, video, text, links, exercises, documents and other content you upload, share or use through Langu.

You must ensure that your materials and content:

  • are appropriate for the student and lesson;
  • are lawful;
  • do not infringe copyright, trade marks, database rights, privacy rights or other third-party rights;
  • are not offensive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, hateful, abusive, misleading or harmful;
  • do not contain malware, tracking tools or harmful code;
  • comply with these Teacher Terms and any platform rules.

You grant Langu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, transmit, process, adapt, format, translate and use content you upload or provide to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, moderate, protect and promote Langu.

You also grant Langu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your name, profile photo, profile content, teaching description, public profile information, reviews, ratings and related content for platform operation, student discovery, marketing, advertising, SEO, social media, emails and promotional purposes.

Students may be able to access, view, download or retain materials you share with them during or in connection with lessons. You should only share materials where you have the right to do so.

15. Reviews, ratings and profile visibility

Students may leave ratings, reviews or feedback about your lessons. Your average rating and reviews may be publicly visible on Langu. We may display, moderate, hide, remove, translate, shorten or otherwise process reviews and ratings.

If you delete your account or your profile is removed, we may hide your reviews, but we reserve the right to keep reviews visible in anonymised, aggregated or de-identified form, including without displaying your specific teacher name. You acknowledge that cached, copied, indexed, screenshotted or shared versions of reviews may remain visible outside Langu, and we may not be able to remove them.

You must not manipulate, pressure, reward, threaten or mislead students in relation to reviews or ratings.

16. Company-sponsored students

Some students may access Langu through an employer, school, organisation or other sponsoring company.

Where a student’s lessons are paid for, arranged or sponsored by a company or organisation, additional terms may apply between Langu and that company or organisation. You may be asked to provide reasonable lesson notes, attendance information, progress information or other feedback relating to company-sponsored students. You agree to cooperate with reasonable requests from Langu relating to company-sponsored students, including requests for progress notes or reports.

We may share relevant attendance, usage, booking, progress, administrative and account information with the sponsoring company or organisation, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You may not always be separately notified that a student is sponsored by a company, and you do not have a specific right to be told the commercial terms between Langu and the sponsoring company.

17. Suspension, termination, final payouts and future lessons

We may suspend, restrict, hide, deactivate or terminate your teacher profile immediately and without notice if:

  • you breach these Teacher Terms;
  • you breach the Student Terms or platform rules;
  • you fail to provide lessons professionally;
  • you repeatedly cancel lessons or fail to attend lessons;
  • you fail to maintain reasonable availability;
  • you attempt to contact students or arrange payments outside Langu;
  • you misuse student data;
  • you behave abusively, dishonestly, unlawfully or inappropriately;
  • you create safeguarding, fraud, payment, legal, reputational or platform risk;
  • you receive repeated poor reviews or complaints;
  • your presence on Langu is, in our opinion, contrary to Langu’s business interests;
  • we are required or advised to do so by law, a payment provider, bank, card network, regulator or authority;
  • we otherwise consider suspension, restriction or termination appropriate.

We are not required to provide access to Langu and may withdraw access at any time.

You may request account deletion by contacting Langu support. Account deletion or profile removal does not affect rights or obligations that arose before deletion or removal, including payment obligations, refund obligations, chargeback deductions, dispute processes, data protection obligations, tax obligations, confidentiality obligations, misuse investigations or legal obligations.

If your profile is removed, suspended, terminated, unavailable or otherwise unable to fulfil future purchased lessons, Langu may cancel affected future lessons. In that case, the student may choose between:

  • a full refund to the original payment method; or
  • full credit on Langu to book with another teacher.

In these circumstances, Langu will normally waive refund administrative fees for the student.

We may deduct, withhold or offset amounts from your current or future earnings where your conduct, unavailability, breach or failure to cooperate caused or contributed to the refund or credit.

After your profile is suspended, restricted, hidden, terminated or deleted, we may delay final payouts where reasonably necessary. Reasons for delaying or withholding final payouts may include:

  • unresolved student complaints;
  • pending ratings;
  • refund risk;
  • chargeback risk;
  • suspected fraud;
  • payment provider checks;
  • sanctions or identity checks;
  • safeguarding concerns;
  • misuse of student data;
  • off-platform contact concerns;
  • breach investigations;
  • legal or regulatory requirements.

We will use reasonable efforts to pay undisputed available earnings to you after appropriate checks and deductions. We may deduct or offset refunds, chargebacks, fees, payment errors, student protection amounts, unpaid obligations or other amounts owed to Langu before making a final payout.

18. General legal terms

We aim to provide a reliable and useful platform, but we do not guarantee that Langu will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, browser or system.

We may update, change, suspend or remove parts of Langu from time to time. We may change booking flows, lesson formats, package structures, pricing display, payout methods, payment providers, messaging tools, classroom tools, profile display, ranking algorithms, search visibility, review systems and other platform features.

We are not liable for loss of access, loss of data, interrupted lessons or platform issues caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet failures, third-party service failures, payment provider issues, hosting outages, browser changes, security incidents, maintenance, legal requirements or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Teacher Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to that, Langu is not liable for:

  • loss of income, profit, business, goodwill, opportunity, reputation or data;
  • loss caused by student behaviour;
  • poor reviews or ratings;
  • lack of bookings or reduced bookings;
  • changes to search ranking, profile visibility or platform features;
  • payment delays caused by third parties;
  • bank, payout provider, Stripe, Revolut, Wise or card network issues;
  • indirect or consequential losses;
  • technical problems caused by your equipment, software or internet connection;
  • account suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Teacher Terms.

Where we are liable to you, our total liability will be limited to the amount of Langu commission actually received from your completed lessons in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher amount is required by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Langu harmless against claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from or connected with:

  • your teaching services;
  • your use of Langu;
  • your breach of these Teacher Terms;
  • your breach of applicable law;
  • your tax, VAT, invoicing, employment, social security or regulatory obligations;
  • your profile content, teaching materials or uploaded content;
  • your infringement of third-party rights;
  • your misuse of student data;
  • your contact with students outside Langu;
  • your safeguarding breach or inappropriate conduct;
  • your fraud, dishonesty or misrepresentation.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the claim arises from our own breach of these Teacher Terms or our own unlawful conduct.

We may update these Teacher Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will normally give at least 30 days’ notice before the updated terms apply, unless the change is required sooner for legal, regulatory, payment provider, security, safeguarding, fraud prevention or urgent business reasons. Your continued use of Langu as a teacher after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using Langu and request profile deletion.

If we do not enforce a right under these Teacher Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right or that we cannot enforce it later.

If any part of these Teacher Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful and enforceable. The rest of the Teacher Terms will continue in effect.

These Teacher Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with Langu or these Teacher Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
