Bio:
¡Hola! I'm Arturo, I'm 36 years old, and I am from central Mexico. For more than 7 years, I've been teaching Spanish and English and working as an English-Spanish / Spanish - English translator. My teaching approach is suited to my student's personal needs and goals. I always focus on methods, tools and materials that are better for the class and adapt them to encourage the practical use of the language.

For 8 years now, I've taught courses from A1 to C1 levels, covering grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary acquisition as well as DELE/IELTS tests preparation and high-level conversational and discussion classes. I have taught people from 7 to 70 years old and from different countries in The Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia as well as from diverse cultural backgrounds.
My background outside of teaching:
As a language learner myself, I know what it is like to be on both sides, the teaching and the learning ends of the spectrum. Therefore, I am able to relate to the struggles of getting to know a language for the first time but also the techniques that can assist to make the process not only easier but more enjoyable.
