Zhyldyz Bazarova

My name is Zhyldyz, and I’m an English teacher with an international background and a passion for communication. I’m from Kyrgyzstan and lived in Poland for seven years, so I understand the real challenges of learning and using English abroad. I studied psychology, which helps me build confident, motivating, and student-centred lessons. I have several years of experience teaching children, teenagers, and adults.

Materials: I provide a mix of resources to support learning, including textbooks, digital tools, articles, videos, and interactive simulations. Students are also encouraged to bring their own perspectives and ideas to class discussions. Evaluations: Assessment is varied and continuous. Students are evaluated through a combination of quizzes, projects, presentations, class participation, and periodic tests. I value progress and effort, so assessments aim to capture both understanding and skill development. Activities: Classes often include group work, discussions, problem-solving exercises, and creative projects. I like to incorporate activities that encourage collaboration, communication, and critical thinking. Occasional reflections and self-assessments help students take ownership of their learning.

I have several years of experience teaching English to students from all over the world, including children, teenagers, and adults. I’ve helped learners at different levels improve their speaking, communication skills, Business English, and exam performance. My lessons are flexible and tailored to each student’s goals, combining confidence-building, practical practice, and engaging activities. I focus on creating a supportive and motivating environment where students can speak naturally, think in English, and succeed in real-life and professional situations.

Before teaching, I gained experience in psychology and human development, which helps me understand how people think, learn, and communicate. I’ve also worked with diverse groups of children, teens, and adults, giving me the skills to adapt lessons to each student’s personality and goals. Living in different countries has shown me how language connects people and cultures, and I bring that global perspective into my lessons. This means I don’t just teach English—I help students gain confidence, express themselves clearly, and communicate effectively in both everyday and professional situations
