I tailored lessons to meet the needs of each group, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, conversation skills, and comprehension. My teaching approach was adaptive, ensuring that students progressed at their own pace while maintaining a solid grasp of the English language. I use short essays, reports, or letters to practice structuring thoughts and arguments coherently. Futhermore, i initiate text analysis and discussion to build critical thinking and reading skills.
My background outside of teaching:
Aside from teaching languages, my background in customer care service and business analysis honed my communication and problem-solving skills, making me attentive to individual student needs. I am detail-oriented, which helps in providing clear explanations and identifying areas where students may need extra support. My experience in data analysis also allows me to track student progress effectively and adjust lessons accordingly. Additionally, my ability to manage projects and work with various tools like Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, and Salesforce CRM allows me to organize lessons efficiently and integrate technology into the learning process, making sessions engaging and productive.
