I’m Reece, a Level 5 certified English tutor from South Africa with a background in Corporate Finance. My goal is to build your confidence in your communication, especially in real-world situations My lessons aim to help students improve fluency, speak more naturally, and gain the confidence to express themselves clearly. I’m committed to helping my students make consistent progress and develop practical English skills they can use in everyday life and professional settings.

My teaching approach is focused on helping my students build confidence when speaking English. My lessons are structured, but relaxed and conversational feel to them. This allows my students to improve naturally without feeling pressured. I focus on practical communication with the goal of helping students express their ideas clearly in real-life situations like conversations, meetings, or interviews. My aim is to adapt each lesson to my students immediate goals and language level, ensuring we are always working on what matters most to them both in the short and long term. While i am new to industry and have not had traditional English teaching experience, i have taught Chess lesson to students in both primary and secondary school for the past 3 years, with some of these students going on to play in major regional tournaments. My goal is to ultimately develop my teaching skills and syllabus to provide real value to my students in the long run.

Outside of Teaching i have a passion for Business and Finance. My approach starts with a specific goal and from there we work backwards to determine the steps which need to be taken and the timeframe required in order to achieve the goal. Everyone has different needs and styles, thus we will take calculated steps with proven benchmarks along the way ensuring you are seeing your desired results, adapting my approach according to your specific needs as we establish a baseline working together. Working within the financial markets, I have a fondness for psychology which is ultimately what drives our global markets. My ultimate goal is to figure out what is driving your language need and ensuring we are tying that into our lessons, providing a holistic approach which my students can use in their everyday life. Outside of teaching, i enjoy the basic pleasures of life. i have a fondness for fitness and great food. if I'm not at home, you can find me exploring the winelands
