TEFL Qualified, I have taught privately to Italian students, and have taught Yazidi refugees of all ages as well as immigrant and refugee woman in the UK. I concentrate on shaping my classes around what you want to learn and improve. I like using immersive methods and newspapers, radio clips and songs to teach English. It's important to keep things fun.

Students should expect classes that focus on what they want to learn. I like to use flashcards and media to revise new words and focus on speaking proficiency. Most importantly, I want you to feel confident, comfortable and supported.

I taught English in an outdoor classroom to refugees for 5 months, teaching men, women and children from 8-60. Some spoke good English and some were illiterate, so I don't judge on ability. I have also privately tutored au pairs in Scotland and was asked to run classes for immigrant women.

I am a recent University graduate who has grown up in Scotland and Ireland. I have lived abroad in Paris and Greece, and love learning languages. I especially enjoy exchanges where I can discover new cultures and learn from others. I am friendly and like to meet people from all over the world.
