Siena Hoadley

Hello everyone! My name is Siena, I am from the UK, and studied Social Policy at the University of Bath, which I loved! I have just completed my Level 5 TEFL qualification, and am so excited to put it to use helping you learn and speak English! I love travelling, being outdoors and meeting new people, so I can't wait to meet you and learn about new cultures from around the world!

You can expect from my classes a range of fun activities. I will mostly provide conversation classes, but will also use a range of activities such as videos and songs to help my students learn.

Two years ago, I was teaching English at an NGO in Peru. The program offered English classes to young kids from the age of 4-15, so I already have an understanding of working with children which I love! Having just finished my Level 5 TEFL qualification, I now have a better understanding of the different aspects of language learning. I cannot wait to meet and help people of all ages and from all over the world.

I believe I am a very patient, caring and understanding teacher. Having experience teaching big groups of young children, I can recognise and address individual needs. Through learning Spanish in Peru, I can understand that learning a new language can be time consuming and requires patience. I believe that with my patience and care and your dedication, your English is going to improve! Other than that I LOVE being outdoors and travelling- you will often find me swimming in the sea and enjoying time with friends outside.
