I'm Veronica, a British English teacher with a neutral southern English accent (Brighton). I hold a CELTA qualification from the UK and have over three years of teaching experience, including teaching at a private school in the UK. My lessons are designed to help you move beyond textbook English and speak naturally and confidently. I'll help you improve your British pronunciation, expand your vocabulary with expressions people actually use, and build the confidence to communicate with ease.

I use a mix of authentic texts, multimedia, and interactive activities to boost fluency. I provide continuous feedback, focusing on progress and building confidence.

Do you know what surprises most English learners? You don't need to know every word to have a great conversation with a native speaker. What really makes the difference is knowing how native speakers communicate: using natural phrases, common collocations, everyday expressions, and the right pronunciation. That's exactly what we'll focus on in our lessons. While you speak, I'll take notes, correct mistakes naturally, and show you more authentic ways to express your ideas. I also specialise in Cambridge exam preparation (FCE, CAE, and CPE). We'll work with high-quality materials, practise every part of the exam, and develop effective strategies to help you achieve your best possible result.

As someone who lives abroad and has studied foreign languages myself, I understand the challenges of language learning. That's why I aim to create a relaxed, supportive atmosphere where you feel comfortable speaking, asking questions, and making mistakes, because that's how real progress happens!
