Bio:
Hello!I'm Erendi, a freelance Spanish teacher and educational psychologist from Mexico. I've been teaching online for over four years, creating immersive and personalized classes that connect the language, culture, and environment of my students. My goal is to help you experience the language through meaningful conversations, everyday contexts, and cultural perspectives. I understand that every student learns differently, so I tailor each class to your goals, level, and learning style
My teaching methodology:
In my classes, you’ll find a balance between structure and creativity. Interactive conversations 🗣️: We discuss short articles about culture, everyday life, or topics you’re interested in, making Spanish meaningful and connected to your world. Grammar practice ✏️: I guide grammar explanations using textbook excerpts I share beforehand, and we practice specific points naturally during our conversations. Flexible activities 🎯: Depending on your preferences, we focus on conversation, pronunciation, or specific grammar goals. Each lesson is tailored to your needs. Confidence building 💪: I create a safe space where you can speak freely, make mistakes, and feel more confident using Spanish.
My teaching background:
I've been teaching Spanish online for over four years, designing classes that connect the language, culture, and world of my students. My background in educational psychology helps me understand how each person learns differently and tailor each class to their needs. My teaching style is warm, dynamic, and student-centered. I love creating a safe space where people can speak freely, make mistakes, and grow with confidence. Together, we create personalized classes that combine grammar, culture, and practical communication.
My background outside of teaching:
I am an educational psychologist with additional training in child development and special education. My studies and experience help me understand learning from emotional and cognitive perspectives, which I integrate into my Spanish classes. I am deeply interested in inclusive education, creativity, and helping students express themselves confidently. I often incorporate Mexican culture, storytelling, and reflection into my classes to make language learning more human and meaningful.
