Bio:
My teaching career began in Raleigh, North Carolina, where I discovered my love for engaging with individuals from other cultures. I began teaching English online for an Asian company, working with students from Korea, Taiwan, China, and Japan. Over the course of six years, I shifted my focus to teaching adults and business English. Later, I extended into South American and European markets, incorporating life coaching into sessions centered on fluency, confidence, and personal development.

My online English teaching career began five years ago with an Asian company, where I taught students from Korea, Japan, China, and Taiwan. This event taught me about cultural awareness and the value of respectful communication. I began teaching youngsters and eventually studied to coach adults in business and travel English. I subsequently moved to the European market, where I spent over six years teaching pupils of various ages from Russia, Ukraine, Poland, and Turkey. Furthermore, I taught grammar, conversational English, job interview prep, exam preparation (such as IELTS), and life coaching, adapting my approach to each student's needs. In addition, I spent six months teaching high school pupils in Vietnam and Thailand using the Oxford curriculum. This diversified experience shaped my adaptive, student-centered teaching style, which helps students acquire confidence and achieve their goals.
My background outside of teaching:
Beyond teaching language, I have a diversified background that helps me connect with and encourage pupils. I have expertise coaching people to attain personal and professional objectives, boost confidence, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. My past employment in customer service, sales, and marketing developed my communication and interpersonal skills, and my artwork and aesthetics diploma lends a creative element to my teaching style. I've also worked with youngsters as a teacher's assistant and caretaker, instilling patience and adaptability. With a passion for people, volunteering, and learning different cultures, I create a safe, inclusive environment that is suited to each student's specific requirements.
