Call me Adrian, I bring 7+ years of experience as a private English and IELTS instructor. I hold a BA in English Translation with a perfect 4.0 GPA and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in the field. Teaching online since 2019 has taught me to be creative within digital spaces, using various platforms such as Zoom, ClassIn, and Microsoft Teams. *My teaching approach is rooted in Bloom’s Taxonomy (TL Objectives). I begin by conducting a comprehensive needs analysis to identify your specific language goals. Based on this assessment, I determine whether a standard coursebook is appropriate or if we should use customized digital learning resources and authentic materials to better suit your learning style. For IELTS candidates, I implement proven strategies that have helped students improve their scores by 1.5 to 2.0 bands (Esp. Speaking). *I have worked on a wide range of coursebooks, from Wonder Skills & Power Up for young learners to Top Notch & Face2face for adults. Complete IELTS, Inside Reading, Simon Braveman Books, etc. have been fully taught for IELTS candidates. *I have used a variety of interactive and student-centered activities, including role-plays, pair and group discussions, debate activities, information gap tasks, problem-solving tasks, vocabulary games, pronunciation drills, picture description, storytelling, presentations, reading and listening comprehension tasks, error correction activities, quizzes, and mock IELTS Speaking interviews. I also adapt activities to suit each student's proficiency level and learning goals.

Over the past seven years, I have taught English to adult learners, university students, and IELTS candidates as well as young learners aged 6-12. I don't just transfer classroom activities to a screen; I design experiences where students feel present and engaged, whether they're joining from Berlin, Paris, or Beijing.
