Laura Higes

Bio:

My name is Laura and I'm a qualified teacher of Spanish and Catalan as a foreign language and DELE examiner from Barcelona, Spain. I am passionate about communication and languages and that is why I decided to get a diploma as a professional Spanish teacher. I am currently living and working in Germany as a teacher of Spanish in different schools and online. At the moment I am working only online and I am based in Mexico

My teaching background:

I work with students with all levels from A1 to C2. I teach mainly adults but I also have experience teaching teenagers. My students usually have German or English as mother tongue. I help with general Spanish, DELE and SIELE exams as well as Spanish for specific purposes, I also teach Catalan upon demand, general lessons and also for specific purposes. I have experience both with group lessons (8-20 students) and one to one. I organise small group lessons (maximum 2 students) to practice conversational skills

My background outside of teaching:

I graduated in Journalism at the University as I have a passion for the communication field in general . Myself I love to learn languages, I have learnt French, Mandarin Chinese, English and German. I love reading, writting and travelling, psychology and philosophy.
