Bio:
Hello, my name is Michelle. I am a certified TEFL, IELTS, and TOEIC teacher with a Degree and a Diploma. I have been teaching English for 5 years. During my lessons, l use various teaching approaches. I love teaching my native language because it makes me share my culture and overviews. Also by teaching my native language, l exchange cultural values with my students. I am an outgoing and exciting person who is fun to engage with. Looking forward to seeing you.
My teaching methodology:
- My classes deliver a mix of quizzes, essays, assignments and games
- I use powerpoint presentations, youtube links,
- We also use e-textbooks, e-workbooks, educational videos and e-tests
- Activities also include (games, puzzles, quizzes, maps)
My teaching background:
I have been teaching English online for over 5 years now. I teach all ages and all levels, from the beginning to the advanced level students. My students do not have to memorize long lists of vocabulary, but rather we have conversations that make it easy to grasp the concepts of English. During my lessons, I use the TPR, visual, auditory cues.
My background outside of teaching:
Besides being a teacher, l have a bubbly personality. My personality is what makes me a nice person. Iam free and l believe there is absolutely nothing my students cant share with me. Iam a refugee volunteer and a major partner for Ukraine volunteer english act. I love swimming, reading books, movies, animals and going to environmental shows. I also love charity work and would always love to be a part of change in the community.
