- Hi, I'm Muriel, and I'm a licensed professional teacher from the Philippines. I have over 10 years of experience in language teaching and business education.

My teaching background:
- I've been teaching for over a decade. I started with grade school English, moved to high school, then became a business instructor at one of the top universities in my country. Since 2019, I've been teaching English full-time online to students from South America, Europe, and Asia.
- I work with adults and professionals who are serious about improvement. People who need English to grow in their careers and reach their full potential. My students are preparing for IELTS, navigating job interviews, leading presentations, or breaking through the intermediate plateau.
- I teach like a coach trains an athlete: with strategy, encouragement, and a focus on what moves you forward. Some days we have real conversations. Other days we drill for the moments that count. Every lesson is built around your needs and what matters to you.
My background outside of teaching:
- Before teaching English full-time, I taught business courses at a premier state university. That experience showed me how professionals communicate, what workplace credibility sounds like, and how to prepare people for high-stakes situations.
