Successful tuition and coaching for English language students. I want you to be able to go into any situation with confidence! Tell me your goals and I can help you reach those targets. We will create mid to long term aims to improve your all-around English skills. The majority of students I have tutored come to me for IELTS, business English, confidence building and vocabulary. I can adapt to a variety of needs and interests to create special lesson plans for you!
My teaching methodology:

- Effective sessions from popular lesson plan platforms such as Ellii, Linguahouse and Fluentize.

My teaching background:
I have tutored English online for two years (almost 2000 lessons!) and my previous students have come from all parts of the world. In that time I have helped adults as well as teenage students with confidence, conversation skills, preparing for IELTS speaking exams and also students looking to move to English speaking countries for their future career goals. I always make sure a student finishes their courses with me with a far greater understanding of English than when they started. Lessons are all about YOU! I will tutor using popular TEFL methods. One method - 'ESA' (Engage, Study, Activate) is great for creating interesting sessions. ESA is also great at reproducing real-life situations to boost your confidence! Everything I have mentioned so far is with one eye on maximising your confidence and your talk time. I am able to adjust methods and resources depending on the your needs to ensure you can use the target language in every single session.
My background outside of teaching:
My general background outside of teaching is in logistics management. I was first a shipping co-ordinator and later an assistant shipping manager for a food trading company. The company is based just outside of London in the United Kingdom. I was with the company between January 2015 and April 2021. This professional experience allows me to conduct specialised business English lessons with students; highlighting vocabulary as well as cultural expectations when using English in the workplace. I have first-hand experience of being in meetings and presentations as well as KPI index performance reviews. I can therefore cover just about everything a student needs in terms of target language for a workplace environment. My wide-ranging interest in culture, history and geography will ensure we always have interesting subjects to look at. I can develop and conduct lessons in almost any topic due to a well-rounded knowledge of many different topics.
