Bio:
Hi! I’m Ana, a TEFL-certified English teacher with experience teaching both kids and adults. My lessons are friendly, simple, and focused on building real confidence. I use flashcards, games, and real-life topics to make learning fun and effective. Whether you’re just starting out or want to improve your speaking, I’m here to help every step of the way!
My teaching methodology:
- Students can expect interactive, friendly, and well-organized lessons. I often use visual aids, flashcards, games, and TPR (Total Physical Response) to help students stay engaged and remember vocabulary. I adapt my approach depending on age and level – from playful and image-based lessons for children to practical speaking exercises and role plays for adults. I also use PDFs and presentations to guide each lesson.
My teaching background:
I have two years of experience teaching English to both children and adults of various nationalities. I’ve worked with beginners and shy learners, helping them feel confident and comfortable when speaking. My lessons are interactive and adapted to each student’s level and goals, using flashcards, games, and real-life topics to make learning fun, clear, and effective.
My background outside of teaching:
I have worked in a currency exchange office and I am currently studying Civil Engineering. I also have experience in customer service and communication, which helps me connect with students and create a supportive learning environment.
