Bio:
My lessons include guided conversations, role-plays, real-life scenarios, vocabulary and grammar, pronunciation practice, reading and listening exercises, and writing tasks. I provide clear explanations and feedback, while giving students the opportunity to speak and use English. For exam preparation, I use timed activities, and feedback based on the relevant assessment criteria. For the kids I use fun interactive methods like games, flashcards, songs, and colourful books so they can enjoy.
My teaching methodology:
- Interactive slides, videos, images, and real-life materials to make lessons engaging and practical.
- Speaking activities, role-plays, discussions, and conversation practice to build fluency and confidence.
- Grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and listening exercises adapted to each learner’s level.
- IELTS-style questions and assessment criteria for exam preparation, especially Speaking and Writing.
- Regular progress checks and personalized feedback to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Personalized activities based on each student’s goals, interests, learning style, and level.
- Real-life scenarios such as workplace meetings, interviews, travel, presentations, and everyday conversations.
My teaching background:
I have 2+ years of experience teaching English to children and adults, both online and face-to-face. I have worked with learners at different levels, from beginners to advanced students, helping them improve their speaking, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, and writing. I also support learners preparing for IELTS and other exams, as well as students who need English for business, work, interviews, travel, and everyday communication.
My background outside of teaching:
Outside of teaching, I have a background in business and development studies. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies and I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. I also have experience in business, which has developed my communication, organisation, decision-making, and customer-service skills. These experiences are particularly useful when teaching Business English and workplace communication. I also enjoy travelling,cooking,reading,watching movies,listening to music,hiking and learning about different cultures.
