I specialise in teaching language through culture. With a CELTA, a Linguistics degree, and over a decade of experience, I help learners go beyond grammar to truly immerse themselves in their new language. Whether you're preparing for the DELE, seeking academic fluency, or just want to speak with confidence, I’ll guide you there—with depth and purpose.

In my classes, I use a wide range of resources to keep learning dynamic and effective: websites with music and movie scenes adapted to your level, interactive grammar activities, and content from my own YouTube podcast. I also bring in grammar books and materials I’ve developed to support your goals—whether that’s exam prep, fluency, or cultural understanding.

I have over a decade of experience teaching Spanish and 6 years teaching English, primarily to Portuguese and Spanish speakers. My students range from beginners to advanced learners preparing for DELE exams, university studies, and professional fluency. I specialise in teaching language through culture, blending grammar, critical thinking, and real-world topics to make learning effective, engaging, and inspiring.

Beyond language teaching, I’m a sociologist with a master’s in applied linguistics. I’ve taken part in research projects led by experienced sociologists and worked with public opinion consultancy groups, which allows me to bring cultural and social insights into my classes. I also host a podcast focused on grammar and vocabulary. Having lived in both my native country and abroad, I understand the challenges of language immersion.
