Hi, I’m Noemi. I work with intermediate and advanced adults who want to speak English more naturally, confidently and clearly. My lessons are relaxed and discussion-based, but also structured and purposeful. We use interesting topics and carefully chosen materials to develop your speaking, vocabulary and comprehension while working on the language you need to communicate more naturally. If you want to improve your English through thoughtful conversations, we’ll have a lot to talk about!

My teaching background:
I’m a TEFL-certified English teacher with 7 years of experience, specializing in conversation-focused lessons for Intermediate and Advanced adults (B1+). I believe that becoming a better speaker requires more than simply having conversations. My lessons combine meaningful speaking practice with carefully selected articles, audio, books and other level-appropriate materials. We use these materials to explore interesting topics while developing vocabulary, comprehension and the ability to express ideas more naturally and precisely. Grammar is integrated into the lessons and taught in context, rather than through lengthy technical explanations. I also offer focused pronunciation lessons for students who want to improve clarity, rhythm and spoken flow.
My background outside of teaching:
I’m a native English speaker, TEFL-certified teacher and BA graduate in English and Communications. I grew up between North America and Armenia and have worked with students from many different countries and backgrounds. I have a wide range of interests, including culture, psychology, history, travel, philosophy, language learning, personal development and the arts, and I often build lessons around these topics.
