My teaching methodology:
During my lessons, I really like to utilize real Articles, Case Studies and Workbooks to become familiar with Key Vocabulary words, concepts and new terminologies. I like my student to prepare presentations, discussions and debates and present them during class time. Mock sessions and Oral/Written Examinations are also part of the material that will be covered.
My teaching background:
I have a total of 10 years teaching experience with students from all over the world. My field of specialization is Corporate and Finance English as well Business law and English for Human Resources. I do also teach Italian for traveling and Business trip purposes. The majority of students that I teach are adults, however, I am also open to teaching students of different ages. These students want to improve their pronunciation, confidence and ability to interact utilizing sophisticated and correct register and tone in different professional interactions.
My background outside of teaching:
The methodology I use is "teaching by speaking." I want my students to be able to fully express themselves with confidence and interact through brainstormings, presentations, discussions and debates. Vocabulary words, key concepts and terminologies will be introduced in every class and real life examples will be utilized to practice. My background in International Business and Finance and professional experience in the Financial District of New York will also help students understand how to appropriately deal with commercial and financial situations, as well as cultural differences.
