Whether your intentions for learning English are to reach a specific work/school goal, to boost language confidence or support your ease in moving and traveling through this globalized world - my student-centered approach will aid in achieving.

My teaching background:

I have been teaching ESL English for 15+ years across Asia and Europe. I have had the opportunity to teach all levels and across all age groups of learners, with combined teaching experience in language schools and as a freelance teacher. I also have a background in dedicated English study for test preparation: CAE, FCE and HS graduation.

My background outside of teaching:

I love my job and I think that is a good place to begin. I really enjoy working in education and with people. I thrill at the challenges faced and customizations it takes to be a decent teacher. I'm always working to improve my teaching techniques and adding new resources to my teacher's library. While working in both Indonesia and the Czech Republic, I put learning the local language of each country at the top of my priority list. I have found that having a foundation in the native language of my students betters my understanding of their own English learning difficulties, and aids in efficiently navigating students through tricky grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation tasks.
