Bio:
A Jamaican national residing in Poland. I have been living here for the past five years and teaching for that long. I have traveled a bit in the US and throughout these years of traveling I've been introduced to people from all parts of the globe. These connections have proven to have a significant impact on me as a teacher as i found myself correcting them in pronunciation and even assisting with vocabulary development. PS i wasn't even a teacher at that moment. Teaching however then found me.
My teaching methodology:
- Grammar Drills
- Idioms in Use
- Vocabulary Development
- Pronunication
- Dialogues/ Conversations
My teaching background:
I have been teaching english privately and also in a language school for the past five (5) years. Throughout those years I have developed my teaching skills in many ways. My teaching career has allowed me to work with people of different ages (teen and adults) and also level (A2-C1) I focus on Vocabulary, Speech, Grammar just to name a few.
My background outside of teaching:
If you're in search of a teacher who can relate to you on different levels, look no further. I took part in an exchange program for a few years when i was in my early 20s and i was able to meet a lot of people from around the world. Believe it or not, this has been a driving factor behind me being as open minded as i am today. This unique character of mine helps students to feel as comfortable as they can be and it makes learning so much more enjoyable, fun and worthwhile.
