Bio:
I have worked in the UK and Italy teaching adults and children. In addition to IELTS preparation and conversation practice I have also prepared students for interviews. I'm happy to remain flexible and be ready to suit the student. The important thing is that my students are finding value in the lesson and enjoying studying English.
My teaching methodology:
I often like to use the British Council's resources as well as using resources I find from real life. However, I typically create my own resources that tests an area of grammar or vocabulary and that stimulates conversation.
My teaching background:
I completed a CertTESOL in March 2019 and have since worked online and offline teaching both adults and children. From May 2019 to August 2020 I taught English at a private school for adults in Salerno, Italy.
My background outside of teaching:
I graduated with a degree in politics and history from Newcastle University in 2019.
