Hello, my name is Anouk and I am a certified English teacher who loves to create a fun learning experience for all. I enjoy teaching and helping my students learn English while using fun activities. I am a Native English speaker with a neutral accent. I also speak Dutch and French and have started learning some Spanish. I believe that being able to communicate with other people is an essential skill that opens up many new doors and teaches you a lot about other cultures.

Hello, my name is Anouk and I am a TEFL-certified English teacher. I am passionate about helping others and want to help all my students achieve their goals! I believe that learning a second language is a vital experience that can open up many new doors in today's day and age! I believe in preparing my student for the real world. I love to focus on helping them with their pronunciation, and formalization of the sentences, fixing up their grammar as well as increasing their vocabulary! I will make sure that all of my students can talk and write about all different types of situations. I do like having a structured class although my teaching style is informal, as I prefer to use real-world experiences. I like to customize my lessons to my student's needs. I have a lot of experience working with students who are at the beginner and intermediate levels! I will make fun classes to make sure you improve your English.
My background outside of teaching:
Previously, I have worked as a customer service representative, waitress, lifeguard, babysitter, and volunteer. Through my working experience, I have been fortunate to be able to work with many different people. I learned and perfected the art of patients, as I believe nowadays this is not always a give. However, when you give someone the time of day you can grow together. I have lived abroad most of my life and have full been educated in English. I graduated from the International Baccalaureate Program (IB). I obtained my TEFL certification in 2021 and I started my BA in International Business and Languages.
