Filippo Bombonato

Bio:

My name is Filippo Bombonato, a native Italian teacher with years of experience. In 2016 i got hired at the Lebanese International University, then i taught at the American Lebanese language center and at the Istituto Italiano di Cultura (Beirut). I love teaching Italian language and culture. Many students already love Italy, plus, once they start study the language they get even more passionate and this makes me feel happy.

My teaching background:

I taught Italian language for two years at the Lebanese International University (2014-2016), for three years at the American Lebanese language center (2014-2017) and i currently teach at t the Istituto Italiano di Cultura. Before they get into the language the full i talk to my students in Arabic or in English. In addition of that, i gave several private lessons and this allowed me to get to know new dialects, Syrian dialects and gave me the chance to understand how hard it is for some communities to learn a new language.

My background outside of teaching:

Outside the school, i am a novelist and i published some of my works. Since i was a child, i have a vivid imagination and attention for the details. I also worked for a musical blog, joining my passion for writing to my love for music. I play, compose and record original music.
