Bio:
I come from a small town in Scotland called Oban, but I currently live in England studying at university. I prepare every lesson that is personalised for every individual student, so I like to get to know your likes and interests. I like to help with grammar, vocabulary and exam preparation.
My teaching methodology:
I'm very enthusiastic about teaching English! I like to focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and speaking skills as these are all important factors to learn!
My teaching background:
I have been teaching English for 5 years, in both a language school face-to-face and online lessons for both adults and children.
My background outside of teaching:
At University, I studied Performing Art and Musical Theatre Performance! I worked in the hospitality sector for 10 years before becoming an English teacher. I began working as a waitress, working my way up to a restaurant supervisor.
I also worked as a Deputy Manager in a betting shop for 4 years.
