Here you'll find regular updates from Langu teachers and staff on matters related to languages, language-learning, and technology.
We're SO excited to get this blog out into the world because most posts will be written by Langu teachers themselves — and believe me, they've got LOTS to say ?. Everything from the habits of master language-learners to tricky grammatical problems to the ins and outs of the IELTS to fun habits you can introduce into your study routine.
So I'll begin this blog by just briefly introducing what Langu is and how it came to exist. It's quite simple, really: we're teachers and avid language-learners who set out to build a better way to teach and learn languages online. There are so many great teachers out there, but too often students are limited to only the teachers who are available in their hometown, or who give lessons at limited times, or who don't have a background relevant to the student's needs. People learn languages for so many different reasons, but most solutions these days try to sell a one-size-fits-all approach.
We're trying to fix that. And we're not alone — we've gotten together a small but AMAZING group of teachers, all with interesting backgrounds and lots of good stories. And they'd all be happy to talk to you about your language learning goals. So please, take the first step on your language-learning journey and get in touch!
